GarageSale 1.8 is out. This version addresses speed issues for users with huge libraries. It’s now possible to bulk-edit payment and shipping options for serveral items a once. And the ‘Immediate Payment’ option is available for ‘Buy It Now’ auctions if you enabled the ‘Advanced Mode’ in the ‘General’ preferences. GarageSale now features a new graphical overview mode, that will also display the current bid if you have GarageSale Pro (see the first screenshot). Get the details from the GarageSale product page.

GarageSale 1.7 is now available for download from the GarageSale product page. New Features include support for Best Offer, improved international support for the ‘Reserve Price’ option and a extended international shipping section.
We also started GarageSale Pro, a new add-on service for GarageSale to allows listing items with product information from eBay’s catalogue as well as quering eBay for live insertion fees.

At the eBay Germany developer day last Friday GarageSale received the award for “Best Newcomer Q1/Q2 2005”. We also learned that among all third-party tools used to create auctions on the eBay Germany website GarageSale is on #10. Not bad for a small company on an operating system that is supposed to have around 5% market share. These numbers also mean, that we can now officially call GarageSale “the leading eBay tool for the mac”.
